I work at a video ? Store, there is a nice girl, an enlighning intelectual girl that I’ve rung up a few times. The last time I saw her was a few weeks ago. EAch time I see her now, I get the "butterflies" feeling. I mean she is a nice looking girl, but it’s not her looks that’s attracting me, I just…feel drawn to her. My boss was on the till next time mine, and rung the girl up, and when she heading to the door, I kept my eye on her, and she looked over her shoulder at me with a postive expression, and when she caught me I looked away with a smile.

Coicdentally later that night when I went to go get KFC chicken, I happen to run into her brother. He was telling me I’ve rung up his sister when she was getting "Sex ? in the City" rentals, and I realized who he was. Him and his friend sat at my table, we chit chatted, had awesome q/a. I figure, "Cool, her brother can say I’m a cool guy to her, maybe she can be spark some interest. When I had to leave I shook his hand, told him to say "hi" to his sister for me. But I didn’t ask for his cell to ask about hanging out, because I don’t want to seem like I’m using him to get to his sister.

But here’s the big problem. I’ve only been able to see her when I ring her p on rentals. When I am on the clock, I’m strictly not allowed to ask out customers. Because if she’s not interested she could complain spelling out "harrassment."

One thing that sucks major is that I just happen to know her email, I rememebered it when she was saying it to my boss, when my boss asked her things that needed to be updated on her account.

And I noticed she does have a facebook. But all of my gut tells me, "NO NO NO, you can’t, the princible is to get her number or email from her, from her consent, and it’s more manly to ask her face to face." MY gut tells me it would seem stalkerish."

Guys, tell me the dreddful truth, is the kind of thing you can’t win with?

It says shipping is 2-3 business days. This is guarateed, right? It’ll be here on my doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday if I order ? tomorrow (Monday)? Much longer than that (i.e., any later than Friday) and I’d have to call Fedex and cancel it, and I’d expect my money back.

The wait for having one’s forum account activated is too long. Several days is too long. It might be more convenient for management because it reduces spam, but it sure increases customer irritation and might even lead to reduced sales.

My parents were going to be out of town at the beginning of the coming week, so I would have been able to order ? a Fleshlight ? to arrive then. But I didn’t get my forum account activated soon enough to ask a few questions about them, so I never ordered and would pretty much have forgotten about getting one. Happily my parents decided to extended their trip till next Friday at the last minute, so I’m back in the game.

I was pretty pissed off though. I thought, shitheads, just fucking activate my account or I won’t have time to get one… and then I didn’t have time to get one, you had fucked up. I was ready to find a different brand of fucktoy (this is my first fuck purchase) and not consider FL again because of the inconvenience.

So basically you need to shorten activation time to a few hours maximum. If the long wait was because there was no one around during that time who could activate accounts, hire someone or make it someone’s job. If you get too much spam when you shorten the wait time, hire someone just to deal with spam. Don’t shove it off on your customers and make them not want to deal with FL. I’ve read good things about the customer service here in the forums, but so far I’ve found it to be crap.
