It looks promising, although there seem to be far more posts about xanthan gum than guar gum, but from what little is out there, some people prefer it to xanthan gum for superior price(1/3 of the cost of xanthan according to what I’ve read) and performance.

Safety first.

1. Always use alcohol to clean your utensils.
